A tragic alternative for Dr.Mario.

Not coded properly, often a flu will ghost and you cant complete the level - but dont worry, keep going and it will crash. Save your money.

Game bugs out more than 50% of the time, especially in higher levels. Not happy about wasting my money.

I downloaded the recent update and it seemed to fix the problem I had with controlling the pill. Now Im glad I didnt pack it up and send it back! Thanks.

Graphics are good but its buggy. Half of the pills are frequently not recognized. But as far as looks and options homescreen--totally Dr Mario-esque.

Please please please update. With a good update the game would be perfect. Game has glitches, made it to level 10 and it just ended "Sorry you lose" hadnt even begun playing the level. Also will not go past level 24 ends up with a virus in the lower left below the play area and you cant continue (My sister has this game also and it does the same thing). To those of you who have issues with getting stuck with virus on top because block wouldnt slide...focus on the middle area and then work from the bottom up.

Updated version works very well. Definitely best UI of any Dr. Mario clone. Would give 5 stars but there is a minor bug where pills once in a while overlap each other.

So I just got this game and over half of my pills are not recognized. I was really excited to get this as I love Dr. Mario, but I can not even complete level 0 because I can not clear the viruses. Please fix this problem so I can play this game and have fun not be frustrated!!

In an ironic twist, there are bugs. Sporadic, but they ruin a great game. I would like to see 2 added functions: resume a game later and listen to music that is on my phone.

Controls are ridiculously hard to master. Not worth the time it would take me to get better at it. It does one thing when I need it to to the other, over and over. Im totally annoyed. Waste of money.

Damn I didnt read reviews and should of. Every complaint is valid. Dont waste your money . Need to update or refund our money

Like everyone else said... Shouldve read reviews before paying $1.99... Oh well I guess thats what I deserve.

Wish I could get a refund, about the 2nd to 3rd screen you can count on not being able to clear at least one virus. Also, it will randomly choose not to rotate the pill thus making it impossible to place the pill strategically. Very frustrating.

This was such a toral waste of money! I have been looking for a game similar to Dr Mario for the iPhone for a long tima and I was super excited to find this one. DO NOT waste your money on this! There are sooo many bugs! Worst part is that you cannot clear at least one virus in every level! This is ridiculous! I wish i could get a refund!

Wish I had read the reviews! Not worth $2! I cant even get past the first level because the pills go through the bugs. So annoying!!!!! This would get 4 stars from me, if it was fixed!!!!!

Since the most recent upgrade the controls have been absolute crap. I used to love this game and the only bug was an occasional pill segment remained on screen. Fix it better or put it back the way it was please!

Worst app I ever bought! If I burned the two dollars instead I would have at-least enjoyed the beauty of the flame. Could have used those two dollars for emergency toilet paper, but instead I paid for that app:(
